Yes of course. Once you have cleared the minimum qualifying criteria for the exam you are good to appear in it. Seats in CGL are around 10k each year. So if you come within it you can surely get a job. Good luck.

Apply for exams like GRE and GMAT. And after you get a score start applying for foreign universities, some colleges require TOEFL score too. So, keep that in mind. You can also try for scholarships if you have an extraordinary resume. There are Facebook groups for foreign students for specific countries. Try joining it, you will get better help.

If you are from Science background then B.Tech in CSE or IT should be your top priority. Or if you are from Commerce/Arts background then BCA is the best option as compared to B.Sc. Because BCA is a technical course whereas B.Sc. Is a general course. Therefore, the chances of getting a placement job is relatively higher in BCA than B.Sc. To clear the 11th class entrance exam you need to study class 9th and 10th science subjects in detail so that you gain the knowledge about the subject which you want to get admission in and do practice physics numericals and keep a hold onto other subjects too.

Hi,
Your chances are not too great, an upper level first class in graduation would have made your entry easier. However things also depend on the nature of your delay and overall profile including LOR, SOP, projects, extra-curriculars, etc. Please check with the universities directly. Look for PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate courses instead of Masters.

Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. You need a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. The M.Sc Cardiology is led by a medical lead for cardiology and stroke medicine who are both senior doctors and offers the opportunity to study all aspects of clinical cardiology including expert assessment and management of a range of cardiac conditions, cardiac interventions.
