For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. No, Wroclaw University of Science and technology (Poland) is not good for computer science. Lecturers are not so good at English and are not competent enough to teach in such a diverse environment. Some of my Indians students often complain about issues regarding racism and harassment. I heard some horrible stories where some Indian students were harassed badly by their respective faculty members to get extra tuition fee. In some faculty members it is a very common practice to fail Indian students so that faculty can charge extra tuition fee.
