There are many opportunities after B.Sc, but it totally depend on your interest, if you are having interest in further studies, then prepare for CAT MAT exam, so that you can do MBA, if you want to continue in your field, then go for M.Sc. If you have interest in computer, you can do MCA. If you want to go with job area, prepare for Bank, Civil Services Exam. Choice is your's.

Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Physics at IIT. For this, either you can go for GATE exam held every year in month of February or IIT JAM exam to become eligible for Master's degree from IIT. Then, you can easily go for IIT institutes. Good luck.
