The government funded IISc (Indian Institute of Sciences) are considered good. Apart from that one, colleges offer selective courses for medical in Neuroscience or Computational Neuroscience. IAN (Indian Academy of NeuroSciences) or Jiwaji are also trending. Although there is no shortage of M.Sc. Courses still, B.Sc. Would be hard to find.
