B.Sc honours is of course better. In that, you become a professional in your chosen subject. But if you go for only B.Sc then it may not help you much as like honours. It just becomes a plain study. So, it is better to be a pro in your respective subject.

B.Sc Agriculture has vast scope in government and private sectors both. Agriculture officers in banks, IFS, NABARD, etc., are some areas in government jobs that require agriculture graduates only. Private companies that produce seeds, fertilizer, etc., also demand B.Sc Agriculture graduates.
