For getting admission in MIT, you will need following things:
1) Standardized Tests Score
2) Teacher's Recommendation
3) High School Transcript
4) Extracurricular Activities
5) Counselor Recommendation
Remember MIT is highly selective college it is very hard to get admission in it.

Yes, you might but certain colleges ask that you are enrolled or not in any college. Taking both the courses simultaneously will be burden for you in my opinion. Also, there exists some problem like clashing of dates. But, if you can manage it, then you can go for it.
