First, read theory, understand and learn it's term used and formula. Try some simple numerical problem if you can solve them, then you can level up difficulty. But remember, only learn formulas by heart and understand the concept. Physics comes with practice. All the best.

Rather than these colleges, I will suggest you to go for Christ and Xavier's
