B.Sc. fee varies from college to college and also from state to state. If you are in a government college, your fee will be less in comparison to a private college.

Yes you are eligible to do lateral B.Tech in Techno India. You have to give the entrance exam and score the rank for the the college.

You can get admission in top management institute for BCA degree like MIT, BVP, Balaji, Singhad, etc. But you are very late yo apply for the college in India for BBA/BCA course. You can apply for management quota seats in top private management institute in Maharashtra.

There is one option: you can do both. But you had to put some extra effort. You can pursue from any of Delhi University college. And every college has a society of singing you can be a part of the society and can explore your talent. Many great personalities belong to Delhi university. There are 75+ Colleges which offer B.Sc. courses. Most of the colleges are good. Tell me your Best 3 percentage P+C+M.
