Firstly, you must know that GATE maths is not that of a very high level as we encounter in many examinations such as JEE Main/Advance etc. But it is not as easy as engineering maths either. It tests for the basic application of proper mathematical techniques. Your main objective for preparing math for GATE should be concentrating on basics and application of these basics in a variety of problems. I will suggest to go for Master degree, it will help to understand subject in depth. In addition, it will give you a number of options for your future. In fact, B.Ed is not required for joining teaching in higher classes at university level.

You need to see both of them are different, MCA will lead your career in computer application, MBA in management, and both have different requirement for minimum percentage. For MBA, you have to go through Test and Interview. Unless you don't pursue it from top universities it will be of very less use. You can try in Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University, and Symbiosis University. Please do check if you are ready for technical career or not.

You should pursue B.Sc physical science from Dyal Singh College. Dyal Singh college was ranked 8th by NIRF in 2017 in all India and it's a good choice.

I think, you should do M.Sc. In biotech after B.Sc. Biotech because as you are experienced in this field already, so it would be better for good career and salary also.
