If you want to crack IAS exam then you should choose BA because with BA, you don't need to study hard, you can easily pass out with BA without much effort, but if you will choose B.Sc then you need to study hard and you'll not get time for IAS preparations.

The admission for above courses is mainly based on the merit. Your 12 th marks percentage check against the cut off released by DU. For calculation of percentage for different courses is different. You should have a graduation degree in Manipuri language than you will be eligible for the master degree in Manipuri language.
