Diploma in a layman language is a short term course generally up to 2 years which mainly focus on training a person in a particular field. They are one of the quick and best way to get a job as their course is more practical oriented. The importance of Diploma as compared to degree is relatively less. DEGREE on the other hand, is a long term course which varies between 34 years for Bachelors, 2 years beyond Bachelor for master degree, depending on the course. Degree provides more in depth knowledge about a particular course then Diploma. Earning a degree opens more doors for opportunities as compared to Diploma. In fact, various career options require at least a Bachelors degree.

Well, B.Pharma is no better than. B.Sc. Moreover, B.Sc. is more difficult to pass than B.Pharma. Where maximum industries are located, cannot be compromised merely with feelings as the salary offered to freshers is very less. Cipla in Baddi offers the maximum salary of about 10,000 PM to freshers, if you have patience and can bear these things, pharma manufacturing is definitely the field where you can do something related to your degree, as compared to pharma marketing. If you are planning to do B.Pharma. better give it a second thought as you can do graduation and prepare for government jobs along with B.Sc. But this can not be achieved in B.Pharma course as colleges are strict about attendance and all.
