BE has more scope than B.Sc. You only need a Bachelor's degree or want to go in teaching or some research field, then you should choose B.Sc. And, if you need some more scope and you want to make a big career then you should go for BE.

Biotech has a huge scope next to chemistry in India in life sciences. Pursuing Biotech leads to employment in any Agro products, Pharma, Diary, FMCG as a Quality controller, Lab technician, Research analyst and so on. Master and Doctorate in Biotech make you excellent career in Academic fields like school, Colleges, Industries as Senior Research officer, Drug designer, Professor, etc.

If you know the basic concepts of BCA you can go for MCA. It will be difficult initially but a lot of students are doing like that. They are also having good output from it.

No, it doesn't provide your desired course. Try checking other universities and colleges for it.

For engineering maths is must. You can work on it. Try SASTRA and Amity. They are good universities for biotechnology.

First of all, don't ignore the NCERT book. It is must to complete the NCERT. Also, you may refer to:
1) Pradeep
2) Dinesh.

You should go according to your branch of interest. You need to opt for the field in which you are mostly interested because both the colleges are very good. If you don't have any branch issue then go for IIIT-Delhi.
