Hello Johnson,
Integrated MSc course allows one to continue to do MSc without any further entrance exam after completion of three years of BSc. But if one has done BSc somewhere else including in this university also there is no direct admission to 4th year of integrated course. One has to undergo process of getting admission to MSc.

Dropping a year will be well worth if you are determined that you will crack the entrance next time with good marks. Remember, you may regret about not giving entrance exam again only for 1 or 2 years; but there is a risk of decrease in marks next year if you didn't study well or your luck turns wrong. If you want to give a next chance, my opinion will be you should join a good coaching classes focusing admission in IITs or AIIMS. This will hold you set in regular studying. And select one best option, whether to give JEE or NEET.

Computer Science, they need to have a postgraduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology or similar courses with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. SC/ST students must have minimum 50% marks in the courses mentioned above. Regards.
