I suggest another alternative for you which is the ICHNP course. ICHNP course has been designed specifically for Non-IT education background students.

Ideally, 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. But only IELTS score is not the criteria for admission. You must also have sufficient academic grades and must qualify to study MS. You can check this link below for colleges, MS courses and the admission requirements:

In India, employment opportunities for aeronautical engineers is actually not much. On the other hand, there are plenty of opportunities for employment in airlines after the completion of aircraft maintenance engineer course. Hence, I would advise you to follow this.
