Depends upon your inclination. If you are looking for a job oriented course, B.Tech should be your choice. But, if you're interested in research field, B.Sc then MS abroad should be best option. As far as comparing between these two, obviously India has the best college to be offered for B.Tech. But, to get in top notch colleges for any if these courses, JEE Advanced and KVPY is the best bet.

Hello Vivek,
Firstly, think before you do this because you've done engineering already and now you want to switch your career; That's a tough and life changing decision. If you really want to become a doctor you have to appear in NEET, MHCET, AIMS, AFMC, etc. exams. You also have to score good in those exams so that you can achieve a good AIR for yourself. I suggest you must discuss this with your parents, senior friends and teachers before jumping on any conclusions.
Good luck.
Thank you.

This is a question you should ask the admission authorities in your college/institute. I am sure they must have a work around and let you complete your course and simultaneously allow you to appear for your backlog papers. In any case you should consult the relevant authorities. Good luck!
