Most specializations in Chemistry or Maths are done through B.Sc. courses which are 3 year courses. If you are interested in 4 year courses you should opt for B.Tech courses in chemical engineering or applied Mathematics. I am sure there should be a plenty of opportunities to work part-time after you have completed +3 commerce. You could work as a freelancer online, and prepare for your CAT exams side by side. This should ease the pressure and you will be able to devote sufficient time to your CAT preparations.
