Is there a difference between these courses? 1. Bachelors of commerce- international business and 2. BBA international business.

Yup, its two different degrees- the first one is B.Com and the second one is BBA.

I applied for PGDM in finance at Lambton College, Toronto. Is it a good college as compared to Seneca?

Which one is better among Humber College and Seneca College in terms of placement?

According to me, Humber has an upper hand as compared to Seneca, but most importantly it depends on your ability, skill and knowledge to get a job.
