Yes it offers both on-campus as well as off-campus housing depending on your needs and interest you can choose either of them.

On- campus 

On Campus, students can live as part of apartments with basic amenities including: Private bedroom, Suites, TV, utilities such as AC and Heater, a Shared Kitchen, Lunges and Relaxing spaces.

Off- campus 

Places4Students, Seneca's trusted partner, has current student housing offerings. It lists the best student housing options for students. Make sure your living conditions are defined in a formal lease.

Homestay 

Canada Seneca's Homestay Network (CHN) manages homestay lodgings for overseas students. Students who participate in a CHN homestay live with an approved host family and become integrated members of the family and community. Homestays are available for at least one month.

All accommodations feature, at the very least:

• Furnished room with a window
• Bed with sheets, pillow, and blankets
• Private storage
• use of a shared bathroom with your own clean towels
• a private study area, usually in your own room

To apply at Seneca College follow these instructions-

• Visit the International Student Web Application.
• Register or sign in with social media
• Fill out your personal details
• Look at the offered programmes by semester.
• Determine and choose your English proficiency.
• Select your start date, programme choice (s), and campus (maximum of three options available).
• Provide information about your academic background.
• Upload all required documents that have been indicated as such.
• If you want Seneca to interact with your trusted contacts, fill out the Information Release form.
• Review and print the "Review Application" page for your records.
• Pay the CAD 90 application fee with a credit card.
