The Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) conducts its own entrance examination for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. The cutoff depends on the difficulty of the exam, total number of candidates, and category-wise reservation. Generally, for the general category, candidates scoring between sixty-five to seventy marks out of one hundred have higher chances of selection, while reserved category cutoffs may be lower. M.Sc. in Agriculture at SKUAST (Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology) is mainly done through the ICAR AIEEA PG examination, or the University Entrance Test (UET)/SKUCET. Although the accurate cut offs of the recent year (2025) are yet to be announced, in the past years it can be broadly estimated that a score range of 60-75 can lead to ICAR AIEEA PG. Bachelor degree holders speeding in fields related to agriculture with minimum of 60 percent marks (55 percent marks for reserved category) are required. The selection criterion includes entrance exam based score and counseling.

To the SKUAST Jammu (Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu), Common Entrance Test (SKUAST-J CET) 2025 has a different date of holding UG and PG courses. Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) entrance tests were taken place on June 29 in 2025 and July 5 in 2025 accordingly. Common Entrance Test through SKUAST-Jammu. ICAR quota through All India Counselling by ICAR after CUET conducted by NTA. VCI quota through NEET and on the basis of list provided by the VCI through their counselling portal.SKUAST Jammu conducts SKUAST-J Common Entrance Test for admission to UG, PG and PhD courses.Minimum aggregate marks at 10+2 not less than 50% for OM and 40% for reserved category candidates for all UG Degree Programmes. 2. Minimum age of 17 years and maximum of 28 years as on 31-12-2025 for all UG Degree Programmes. 3. Candidate who have appeared or are likely to appear in 10+2 Examination can also apply.

To be eligible for B.V.Sc. & A.H. at SKUAST, you should must score at leat 50% in 12th and you should be filling their application form and after that their would be some kind of qualifying round which would be allowed to do for their respected time.
