School of nursing, Civil Hospital, Shillong for General Nursing and Midwifery has not mention their fees structure but as per government information
- The average course fees across top GNM Nursing government colleges ranges between INR 3,000 – 30,000 with some of the top names being AIIMS Delhi and PGIMER Puducherry
- The average course fees across top GNM Nursing colleges range between INR 40,000 - 1,00,000. As per a report by The Times of India, GNM courses alone produced close to 1.2 lakh nursing students.

The fee structure for the Institute of Hotel Management, Shillong, for the B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management course is as follows:
First Year: INR 79,400
Second Year: INR 81,200
