Hi Hartej,
I don't think the highest packages or massive placements define a University. Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is one of it's kind. It is a place to learn as well as a place to grow. As far as placements are concerned, there is a very active Career Development Center (CDC). The CDC takes care of all the placements, be it industrial or academic. It also provides students with exciting internship opportunities. Universities, every time is not just about placements, but the sort of education it offers. Hello Hartej,
I would like to let you know that JEE Mains are just another way for entrance. If you have a good score of about 80% in your +2 board exams you will surely get the seat in Shiv Nadar University. If you meant to know about JEE cutoff then it is 120 marks
And, also the eligibility cut off for SNUSAT will be different to each board you can check out through this link:

I did a bit of homework for this question. See my friend, JIIT-Noida can offer you an average package of around 4 LPA- 5 LPA and also 100% placement.
Average Package - 3.5/5 Placements - 4.5/5
SNU as per stats, there is no such information available on the average package offered to students but jobs are offered to only 60% of student every year.
Average Package - NA
Placements - 3/5
USICT offers its students average package of around 6 LPA with a good placements stats as well.
Average Package - 4/5
Placements - 4.5/5
Chandigarh University offers an average package around 5 LPA to its students with 90-95% students getting placed each year
