I don't think the highest packages or massive placements define a University. Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is one of it's kind. It is a place to learn as well as a place to grow. As far as placements are concerned, there is a very active Career Development Center (CDC). The CDC takes care of all the placements, be it industrial or academic. It also provides students with exciting internship opportunities. Universities, every time is not just about placements, but the sort of education it offers. And as far as SNU is concerned, different companies that have come for placements offer different packages. Till now the highest being 27 LPA, but no one got selected. The second the highest being INR. 22 LPA. The average is INR. 15 LPA and the lowest is INR. 3 LPA. Hope this helps.

I did a bit of homework for this question. See my friend, JIIT-Noida can offer you an average package of around 4 LPA- 5 LPA and also 100% placement.

SNU as per stats, there is no such information available on the average package offered to students but jobs are offered to only 60% of student every year.
