Hello dear, As an SNU alumni, I can only comment about SNU. SNU has international collaboration with top universities such as Carnegie Melon, Duke and Babson College. I believe there exists an undergrad programme in Mechanical and Computer Science engineering, where you spend two years in SNU and two years in CMU, eventually getting a degree from both universities. Also, every year two to three students get selected and participate in an exchange programme with Duke and spend a semester in Duke, China. Placements are like any other established pvt. University. Top IT firms and core companies recruit from SNU. I am not sure if you're offered the same amount of perks in CU. All the best.
