Last year (2023-24) saw that for the General Category, it was around 114.14 and for SC Category, it was around 107.14 for some associated colleges.
Admission is carried out on the strength of the MHT CET results and the fulfilment of the 12th grade with 40-50% marks in Science.

National Institute of Management and Science Shirpur popularly known as NMIMS Shirpur and Shivaji University are good institutes for doing B.Tech programs. However, NMIMS Shirpur has a tad better ranking as compared to Shivaji University. The highest percentage of students from NMIMS Shirpur get placement as compared to students from Shivaji University as NMIMS Shirpur has a tad higher placement percentage of around 80-90 percent as compared to Shivaji University's placement percentage of around 60-70 percent. The closing ranks for various course varied between 112.68 and 142.9, in various affiliated colleges for the General All India quota candidates. Yes, a candidate can easily get admission to Shivaji University at 15000 rank. The JEE Main Cutof ranks to get admission into various courses was released for various affiliated colleges, for the General All India category candidates. Although, admission to all the colleges would not be available at this rank, there are quite a few where a candidate can seek admission into.
