No, Shri Khushal Das University does not offer a 100% scholarship. The university in collaboration with PIE- Patrika In Education conducts inspire award scholarship exam for the students.

No, B.Tech is beter at Indira Gandhi University than SKD University. Indira Gandhi University, Rewari (IGU) is a state university located in Village Meerpur, Rewari, Haryana, India.Whereqs SKD University is a private university located in Rajasthan. As IGU Rewari is a state university and the fees is also less .So, one can definitely prefer IGU Rewari for B.Tech. One can check fees and other amenities.
