Not sure about the seat intake for B.Tech at SKD University. The university does offer various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in diversified fields. The admission process for B.Tech/B.Pharmacy courses is through a State-Level Entrance Test called "Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, and Medical Common Entrance Test (SKURESCET). The seats are filled by the Convener of SKURESCET based on the ranks secured in the test and as per the rules of the university.

Yes, it is a decent college, but I can't say it is good as Indira Gandhi University. Both universities have their strengths and weaknesses. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is a well-known public distance learning university located in New Delhi, India, offering a wide range of courses and is known for its flexibility and accessibility. On the other hand, SKD University, located in Hanumangarh, also offers a variety of courses.
