The interview process is mixed , first interview will be a profile based interview , second would be a technical based interview . GD topics could be anything , from abstract , to recent news , to a management quote etc

There is no cutoff in PGDM for any exam. For this year 20% weightage given to the written exam.

Students are very less in qouta. so Outside maharashta students having a fair chance to convert a call. SIES is a Tamil Linguistic Minority Institute. Hence, 51 per cent seats of all
programs are reserved for Maharashtra domiciled students with 'Tamil' as the mother
tongue. However, if adequate number of qualified candidates are not available from the above
category, such seats are made open to general candidates. Further, all admissions to
SIESCOMS are based purely on merit. The only exception is children of employees of
SIES institutions.

You have a good score and a good gdpi will lead to conversion , prepare well for your gdpi as most of the weight age is given on the gdpi ! All the best

It depends upon you as an individual as to what you pick and learn from the course , the course is designed to add value to your individual knowledge and growth. You'd be well verse with various topics in these two years . job opportunities with big pharma companies in feild of marketing finance it operations are offered . it gives you an edge to have a management background along with pharma background .

Your percentile is low. Still you have chance because 80% weightage given to the GD-PI. You have to be very good in GD-PI process to convert the call.
