The minority is only for TAMIL Linguistic. You can apply for ILS and Minority through different forms.

Last year cut off was around 96 percentile and for all India was 99.67 percentile(this for OMS Students), you might have chance. And all students who sit for placements were placed so it was 100%.

It seems difficult with this score because last cutoff for MMS was around 96 percentile. you might have chance through ILS, apply for ILS.

What are my chances to get ILS MMS seats? What was the last year ILS cut off? I have scored 96.68 percentile in Feb MAT 2016.

The ILS seats are going to be ranked from this year so it becomes difficult to know what will be the cut off. Last year cut off for CET was 93.5 percentile in first list.
