No there is no discrimination,as far as avg salary for fresher is concern, they sit for the gdpi process with the experience guys and package is some for every one.The data is very old as it is not updated , you can go to the college website directly and get the required information www.siescoms.edu

You score is low but this only 20% weightage given to written exam so you still have chance to convert. Give your best in GD-PI. all the best

You easily get HR. And you can choose whatever specialization you want. There is no major and minor specialization in college you have to choose one specialization for your course. Your score is low but if you do well in GD-PI then you have chance because for this year 80% weightage given to the GD-PI process

SIES is a Tamil Linguistic Minority Institute. For minority seats you can apply only through CET in MMS and PGDM through minority quota through CMAT scores. Cutoff was around 85 percentile For more information contact to the admission office of college.
