Most institutions in Singapore accept an IELTS score in the range: 6.0 to 7.5 based on the level of the course a student is applying to.

As per the rules and regulations of the Singapore Government, international students are allowed to work a maximum of 16 hours per week during the course of their studies. 

During holidays or semester breaks, however, international students are allowed to work full-time.
