SITEEE 2024 dates were released. The last date to apply for SITEEE 2024 was April 12, 2024. The SITEEE 2024 exam was held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various centres across the country. The SITEEE Test 1 and Test 2 exams was conducted on May 5 and May 11, 2024 respectively. Candidates who want to get admission to the Symbiosis Institute of Technology need to qualify for the exam. SITEEE is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) every year to shortlist those candidates who want to take admission in the B.Tech course offered by SIT.

If the percentage is below 45% for a general candidate or below 40% for a reserved category candidate then the candidate is not eligible for admission. Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria in order to apply for SITEEE. The admission authority will not consider the application of non-eligible candidates.

No, a candidate will be not be entertained for admission to the first year without registration. Registration is compulsory for all candidates who are aspiring admission. The SITEEE application process comprises of several stages including registration, filling the application form, fee payment, upload photo and signature and final submit. Before filling the application form it is important for candidates to check the eligibility criteria. Candidates will be able to submit SITEEE application form in online mode. Fill the application form with the correct details only otherwise it will be liable for rejection.

SITEEE 2024 Test 2 exams was conducted on May 11, 2024 at various centres across the country. The SITEEE 2024 test 1 was conducted on May 5, 2024. Candidates aspiring to join BTech programmes offered by institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) have to appear for the common, mandatory Computer Based Test (CBT) - SITEEE. It is an online test conducted by the Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune.

Candidates appearing for SITEEE exam day must be careful about certain instructions as mentioned below:

  • Download the admit card and take the coloured printout. If candidate has selected for multiple tests, (s)he should carry separate Admit Cards for each test.
  • Check the test centre, name and timings beforehand. 
  • No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card and a valid photo ID card.
  • Please ensure that candidates the latest passport size, colour photograph is pasted on the Admit Card at the
    place provided for before appearing for the test. (Candidates photograph should not be more than 3 months
    old)

SITEEE admit cards should be printed (colour printouts) from the SET website at set-test.org. If a candidate has selected multiple tests, he or she should carry separate admit cards for each test. Scroll down to know some important points pertaining to the SITEEE admit card:

  • Candidates should carry their admit card to the SITEEE examination centre
  • Do not share SITEEE admit card with any other candidate
  • Do not make any changes in the details printed on the admit card
  • Preserve the admit card until the admission process gets over

The SITEEE admit card bears details related to the candidate as well as the exam. If any candidate found any error in the details then they should contact helpline services immediately. Candidates should check the following details carefully:

  • Spelling of candidate’s name
  • Spelling of Parent’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Caste category
  • Photo should be visible

Candidates should carry a photo identity proof in original issued by the Government of India or their previous college or university along with the SITEEE admit card. Check below for the following ID proofs that are valid, and candidates can carry any one of them to the examination centre:

  • Aadhar card
  • Voter ID
  • Driving licence
  • Passport
  • College/University ID
