Getting 45 or more marks in SLAT is mostly seen as a good score. It gives you a better chance to get into top Symbiosis Law Schools. If you're aiming for SLS Pune, the most competitive one, try to score around 48–52 marks. A score above 40 is still decent and can keep you in the race. The cutoffs change from one campus to another. SLS Noida usually needs around 42–47 marks, SLS Hyderabad about 38–44, and SLS Nagpur close to 36–41 marks.

A score of 30 in SLAT 2026 is kind of average, not too high or too low. It depends on the SLAT cut off 2026 for each Symbiosis Law School (SLS). For SLS Pune or Noida, cut off usually goes higher. But for SLS Hyderabad or Nagpur, 30 might still work fine if the SLAT merit list 2026 allows.

Students should start preparing in advance for the exam. Candidates should chart out a plan and start preparing atleast 10-12 months before the exam starts. Students should engage in deep reading and writing to improve vocabulary. Students should be well aware of the SLAT 2026 syllabus so as to prepare and cover all the topics.
