Usually, the percentage rate depends upon the university in which you want to get the admission. The marks are based over the Categories. So usually mostly universities want a minimum of 65% marks in OBC Category to get admission seat in M.Com.

A ranking 20000 to 25000 is considered good to get MBBS seat in govermemt or reputed private medical colleges. So have moderate chances.
