SIIB is a good college and the placements are improving every year as can be seen from certain stats and the reviews of the students pursuing courses in the stated Institute. But there are better colleges as well. You can try in IIFT BHU, DU. I think these colleges can give you better exposure but you need proper scores as well in the asked management exams to get in these but yes you can take SIIB into consideration as well because it's a good college at the end of the day and if you get finance as your specialisation then it's perfect because it is better as compared to the other specialisations.

It is better to go for a Master's programme over a PG Diploma as a Master's degree is considered more valuable than PG Diploma. With the Master's degree your education is considered stronger and you can further go for Ph.D. And for Master's degree and exam NMAT is preferred more as it is a national level exam.

Hi Shreya, Almost every MBA entrance exams are similar to each other in terms of the syllabus only some differences are there. The major difference is that CAT scores are accepted across many colleges in India. In NMAT you will be having limited options in college. Because it is acceptable in some colleges. NMAT is conducted by a particular institute called Narsee Monjee for selecting MBA students for their college. NMAT has a different exam structure and syllabus from CAT with No negative marking. Thanks.
Hope it helps.

As per my opinion, I don't think you face any kind of problem during MBA/PGDM Placement. Being an alumnus I didn't face any Problem regarding this and some of my friends did MBA from LPU they also got the opportunity to work with well-known company. I advise you if you are a student of LPU you do not need to worry about anything. LPU is the best university ever I seen which provide the each and every facility in organised manner. Hope this helpful!
