Criminology is the branch of Science which deals with the crime and the prevention of crime. Forensic Science is only the part of criminology. Criminology is directly referring to the crime. If you want to enter CID then you can go for this
The candidates must write the UPSC exams which are every year. There are two types of posts under CID, they are:
1. Constable post.
2. Sub Inspector post and higher officer posts. The Eligibility details of the constable post are as follows:
* Candidates must have completed class 10th or class 12th with at least 55% to 60% of marks. * Must have 18 years of Age. * Maximum 30 years of age for General category students. Thank you.
