Dear Gautam,
To become a windows/software developer, you must go for B.Tech because in BCA, you will not be able to learn core computer engineering. You must have an excellent command over coding-decoding and other stuff which you can only learn in B.Tech. For reference, go and check the syllabus and course structure of B.Tech and BCA and compare between the two. You will get the answer by your own.
Kindly upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.

Good luck.

Hello Naveen,
You can pursue MCA.
But,
You can not become software engineer unless you have passed your 12th class with compulsory subjects like physics and mathematics.
You can join MCA only if you have studied maths /business maths /statistics in your class 12th plus you are graduate in any discipline from recognized university.
MCA (Masters in computer application) is 2/3 year degree course offered by many university.
If you want to study MCA, you have to clear the entrance examination conduct by reputed institutions.
Good luck.

If you can work hard and clear your Mains/Advanced with a good rank then you can get some scholarships from government (If you are a reserved candidate then there's a good news if you get any NIT/ IIIT/ IIT any then you need not need to worry because your fee will be negligible) and if you don't clear Mains then the only option available for you is to go for educational loans. That's it!
Hope this helps.
All the best.

You are advised to do BCA-MCA to become software engineer. if you had Maths as a subject in 10+2 stage then you are eligible to seek admission in all BCA colleges, else your choice of institute will be limited.
