To apply MSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering of Maynooth University, the applicants can apply online. The applicants are required to have an Honors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. An average grade of 60% or above is required. To get into the UofD MS in Software Engineering, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required in Bachelor's degree. Also, note that a GPA of 2.7 or higher may be considered with the addition of pre-requisite courses and the approval of the department director / chair and Dean's office. Additionally, the following requirements must also be met:
- Must have taken courses in programming language such as C+ or Java, Data Structures and Algorithms, Calculus, Machine Organization, and Discrete Mathematics
