Both colleges are good. IBS has long been regarded as one of the best B-Schools in the country, offering outstanding academics and infrastructure to its students. School of inspired leadership has been among the best one year course providing institute for over a decade now. Its always a win situation for a student with a prior professional experience at SOIL. As a student at SOIL, one thing I can assure you, your caliber decides where you go. I have seen people join with a CTC of 3.6LPA and leave the course with 16-17LPA as CTC. Keeping motivating things apart. SOIL averages around 10LPA with the highest package 17 LPA.
