Candidates who have passed Class 12 or any other equivalent examination in Science stream with five subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology from any recognised board/ university with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for Diploma courses at MMU Solan. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply for MMU Solan UG courses. The university offers BSc, BVoc, MBBS, BSc Nursing, etc. at the UG level. The aggregate requirement for most of the UG programmes is 50%. There is a relaxation of 5% in aggregate for SC/ ST candidates for some of the courses. Candidates also need to appear for entrance test for admission to a few UG programmes.

The university offers programmes across various streams such as Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical, etc. Aspirants are required to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the preferred course. Admission to MMU Solan courses is both merit and entrance-based.

The requirement for NEET depends on the course applied by the candidates. MMU Solan considers NEET-UG scores for admission to MBBS programme whereas, NEET-PG scores is required for MD and MS courses. Aspirants with a valid NEET score need to participate in centralised counselling conducted by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Those who are allotted seat need to pay the course fee.

MMU Solan offers direct admission to some of the programmes based on their merit. Candidates seeking admission in BSc, BVoc, MSc, Diploma and value-added courses are selected based on their qualifying exam scores. Once selected, aspirants have to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. Aspirants also have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

The latest cutoff information for B. Tech at JUIT Solan is as follows: For admission through JEE (Mains), candidate should have qualified JEE (Mains) All India Rank. For admission through 10+2 Marks Merit mode, 60% aggregate marks is must.

According to the information from the college there is no any kind of entrance exam taken by the organization, but the basic thing is your marksheet should have with good percentage like in 10+12 marksheet of medical stream are checked, and based on that you will get enrollment in the collage. just a simple thing, you study properly and score excellent mark and later on nothing to worry about, easily you can get admission.
