Yes Chitkar University is better than Juit Solan due to follow reasons.
fees at Chitkar University is INR 1.8 Lacs per year for B.Tech, while JUIT Solan charges INR 2.4 Lacs per year for the same course.
placements at chitkara is nearly 100% and that is on campus placement,
Rankings: chitkar Universit was ranked 61st and has a NAAC grade of A+ while JUIT Solan grade as A.
Hence - chitkar university is a safe invest return as compar to JUIT.

On the other hand, a fluctuating trend was observed in the percentage of total offers. MMU Solan B.Tech CSE is better than B.Tech ECE. Because
the highest package is 14 LPA, the lowest package IS 3 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA at MMU Solan B.Tech CSE
