Yes, of course you can take NCC with the any three year course. As NCC offers a platform to the students to upgrade there physical as well as disciplinary skills. You just need to manage with your studies with the ongoing camps. Plus take care your attendance as somewhere most of the attendance will

No, there is no such quota. However, if you are a single girl child there are some benefits. GGSC has the same reservation system like any other institution based on General, OBC, SC, ST category.
