Yes, you are eligible for it. Minimum 55% is required for the same and fees varies from college to college. Choose the university as per your interest.

Final Selection:
Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal. Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a minimum pass mark of 45% in class 12.
Admission is confirmed only if online admission fee is paid with in the stipulated time. One candidate can take admission only in one course in one college at any given time.
