The mode of SRM IST Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main,  SRMJEEE, and others. Candidates applying through JEE Main must first register for the JEE Main exams. Then appear for the JEE Main exam. Then with valid scores apply on the official website of the university.

Entrance exams like SRMJEEE, JEE Main, NEET, or SRMHCAT are required for most courses, but the admissions office considers merit-based admissions for those candidates with extraordinary academic performance or on certain conditions. The fee for PG courses at SRM University for Delhi NCR campus is INR 40,000- INR 45,000 per year, but for MTECH, the fee is Rs.1.41 Lakhs (1st Yr Fees), and for MBA, the fee is Rs. 2.21 Lakhs (1st Yr Fees). Hence the fees for MTECH and MBA is high but for MSc and other PG streams, it is okay as per the campus.
