The candidates should note that there is a negative marking in the SSC MTS Paper-I. For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded 3 marks and for each incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted. The candidates should note that the negative marking will play a key role in the final section of the candidate. There is negative marking in SSC MTS Tier-1 Exam. There is a deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer
Tier 1 consists of four sections, each of which has 25 problems.
There will be one point assigned to each question, for a total of 100 marks in tier 1.
Every incorrect response will result in a negative marking of 0.25.

The SSC MTS 2024 exam dates have been released online on the official website - ssc.gov.in. The SSC MTS 2024 will be conducted online from September 30 to November 14, 2024. The regional website of the Commission released the SSC MTS Havaldar admit card 2024 on September 26 for the candidates having their exam on September 30. The Staff Selection Commission extended the SSC MTS Havaldar online application dates to August 3, 2024. The important dates regarding the SSC MTS exams are as follows:
Registration date - 27 Jun–3 Aug 2024
Paper 1 Admit card available - 23 Sept 2024
Exam date - 30 Sept–14 Nov 2024

To verify the completion of SSC MTS registration, click on the link on official website of SSC. The main website of the Indian government has to be visited and go to the main tab for application status. To check status of the given application, applicants will be required to fill in the Registration Number and Date of Birth. This status will inform you whether your application has been successful or not in addition to details about your exam dates and venues. Usually it is released approximately 20 days prior to the test date and one can check the website for updates.

The SSC MTS Havaldar application correction facility 2024 will be available on August 16 and 17. The candidates will be required to submit the application correction fee to avail this facility. The candidates will be required to submit the application correction fee of INR 250 for the first time editing. For second editing, the candidates will be required to submit the fee of INR 500 for secodn editing. The second editing will be considered as final. The Commission will considered the finally submitted application only.
The SSC MTS 2024 will be condicted in October/November 2024.

The total marks for the SSC MTS 2024 exam will be 270. Each question carries 3 marks. and the total number of 90 questions will be there in the exam.

On December 18, the SSC MTS 2023 Result (Final) was made available online. Additionally, the SSC MTS Cutoff 2023 for all post group and Havaldar positions was made public by the Staff Selection Commission. The roll number and names of the eligible candidates were made public by the Commission in the result pdf. September 1–14 was the date of the SSC MTS 2023 exam.
