According to sources one qualifies for SSC MTS with two D sight. On trading for initial books in 2024 to enable one to prepare well for SSC MTS, you might consider the following ones as preferred;
- Kiran's SSC MTS Multi Tasking Staff Tier 1 & Tier 2 Exam Practice Work Book
- Arihant's SSC MTS Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment Exam Books
- Lucent's General English for Competitive Exams
- Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by RS Aggarwal
- Fast Track Objective Arithmetic by Rajesh Varma
These are basic subjects like English, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness which are very important when getting ready for SSC MTS exam.

Yes, the SSC MTS 2023 Final Answer Key has been released at ssc.nic.in. The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC MTS 2023 answer key online on its official website - ssc.nic.in. The candidates can download the SSC MTS answer key with their roll number and password and login at the given window. The SSC MTS answer key 2023 will be available till January 5, 2024.
The Commission will also release the SSC MTS 2023 Marks and Scorecard of the candidates on its official website on December 27, 2023, and it will be available till January 10, 2024.

The Staff Selection Commission mention the SSC MTS Posts vacancies and Havaldar Vacancies separately. The candidates should note that the SSC MTS Havaldar selection process and the SSC MTS cutoff are also separate.
For the Havaldar posts, the candidates will be required to qualify the physical test while there is no physcial test for the SSC MTS Posts (Non-Technical).
