The Regionsl Websites of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases the SSC MTS application status. Candidates can check their application status on the official regional website of the SSC. The SSC MTS application status is the precursor to the SSC MTS admit card.
The application status provides information about the acceptance of the application and allows candidates to track the progress of their application for the Multi Tasking Staff Exam.

The Staff Selection Commission specifically mentions that the following two documents will not be considered as the proof of birth required with the SSC MTS admit card. These two documents are:
- Affidavit in support of the date of birth of the candidate
- Ration Card of the candidate

Candidates must carry the printout of the SSC MTS admit card to the exam centre. Moreover, they need to carry any one of the following documents to establish their idenitity:
- Two passport-size recent coloured photographs.
- A valid and original photo ID proof such as:
Aadhaar Card/printout of E-Aadhaar | Voter's ID Card |
Driving License | PAN Card |
Passport | School/College ID Card |

The SSC MTS admit card contains all relevant details related to the candidate and the exam such as:
Candidate’s name | Candidate’s roll number |
Candidate’s category | Candidate’s date of birth |
Candidate’s photo | Candidate’s signature |
Paper name | Exam date |
Exam time | Exam centre name |
Exam centre address | Exam day guidelines |

The Staff Selection Commission mention the SSC MTS Posts vacancies and Havaldar Vacancies separately. The candidates should note that the SSC MTS Havaldar selection process and the SSC MTS cutoff are also separate.
For the Havaldar posts, the candidates will be required to qualify the physical test while there is no physcial test for the SSC MTS Posts (Non-Technical).
