Stanford is one of the toughest universities to get into and I hope you know that. So, only meeting admission requirements won't help. You must have something special in your profile and must be an all-rounder. For a basic information, please mention what you want to study, whether bachelors or masters. For fee, please visit the university website.

To apply for Stanford, you must have decent grades. You can take SAT and must have excellent extra-curricular. For Oxford, you must have good academic grades, but SAT is not required. You must take IELTS or TOEFL. Since, the application process is online you have to check their websites.

If there is no counselor at your school, you can name your school principal or any other school official, who has overseen or evaluated your academic progress throughout. This same person will be required to complete the school report on the recommenders and FERPA section.

Also, note that clearing an entrance will not guarantee admission, these are world-class universities and most selective.

Talking about Stanford, gaining admission seems to be a miracle let alone scholarship. Why don't you share your profile for a better analysis? If you are brilliant enough you will surely get through. These universities are very competitive and scholarships are limited. You need to prove your mettle to be considered for financial aid and also admissions.

To get into a good management school in the US, it is advised to have at-least 2-3 years of work experience then take your GMAT test to pursue your management course from the US. Many schools in the US are now accepting GRE test scores as well.
