As an Indian you require an extremely strong profile to gain admission in the MBA programme in Stanford. This involves good academic track record (average GPA of 3.75), good GMAT (average 738) or good GRE scores, 5 to 10 years of good quality of work experience which proves leadership. Presenting appealing essays to open your story and values, as well as powerful references, is essential. Moreover, you are also supposed to have a high score in English Proficiency test (TOEFL 113, IELTS 7.0, or PTE 68) unless your previous education was purely in English. The last round is an interview on invitation basis.

Hindu Students Association at Stanford University is dedicated association that brings together students interested in learning about Sanatan Dharma and allowing them to meet like-minded people. Yes, while studying at Stanford University, international students can work part-time. To be eligible for on-campus employment, students must be enrolled full-time. They can only work up to 20 hours or fewer per week when the school is in session. But, during the holidays and vacations, students can work more than 20 hours per week. A few of the Part-time jobs in USA for Indian students are Tour Guide, Campus Tech Support, Teaching Assistant, Barista, Academic Department Assistant, University Book Store Assistant, etc.
