Yes, you can pursue your masters in psychology after Bachelors in engineering. It does not really matter, the background from which you come, but you need to have knowledge on psychology.

Eligibility criteria for this.
A candidate must have passed an examination at the end of the 10 + 2 scheme with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10 + 2 level examination from any State board or its equivalent in CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/IB or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory.
