Humboldt University of Berlin is ranked #103 in the whole wide world and #5 in Germany by Shiksha. HU Berlin has been ranked by other providers such QS and ARWU. According to QS and ARWU, MS Mathematics at HU Berlin was ranked at #99 and #51 for the year 2025.

The HUB offers 23 MS courses for its Indian students for time-period of 2 years. The University is divided among 9 well-read faculties. Humboldt University of Berlin has been ranked #9 for its MS courses by Shiksha. The top subjects for MS courses are Masters in Computer Science, MSc. in Psychology, MSc. in Polymer Science, Master of Science in Physics and Master of Science in Mathematics.

No, Humboldt University of Berlin does charge an application fee of a non-refundable amount of EUR 75 that is roughly INR 8.29 k while submitting the application form. HU Berlin does not charge any tuition fee for the whole time span of the course for the majority of the courses but students are expected to pay for transportation, insurance and accommodation. For MS Courses, this cost can reach upto INR 1.74 L - 22.66 L including the tuition fee.

Carleton University recommends students to apply early as possible. Most of the courses at Carleton uses rolling admission policy. It can take 4-6 weeks from when Carelton Uni receives the application to when the university gives the decision.

As an Indian student, students can apply either via OUAC or directly to the university to Carleton Uni. The application fee for OUAC is CAD 166 (Around INR 11.2k) whereas to apply directly to this university, the students have to pay CAD 100 (Around INR 7k).
