International students are required to but OSHC before arriving in Australia. OSHC helps in covering any medical or hospital care needed during your stay in Australia. Before arriving in Australia, you must change your country's currency to Australian dollars. You can also exchange currency at the airport in Australia. It si advised not to carry a large sum of money in the beginning. It si better to bring the amount which can help you survive in the first few days. You can arrange the remaining funds once you are in Australia. If you have not finalized accommodation before arriving in Australia, you must carry funds accordingly. According to the information provided at the official website of Alpha Institute, ELIC0S – General English Course fee is AUD 14,560 maximum ($280 per week x 52 weeks). The applicants are also required to pay one time enrolment fee of AUD 250- and one-time material fee of AUD 210. The actual tuition fee for this General English Course also depend upon the duration of the course which varies from 10 weeks to 30 weeks.

Generally speaking, all the Diploma and certificates that are focused on business, leadership and management run for a year (12 months or 52 weeks). In this duration, you get 40 weeks of training and 12 weeks of break. The training for 40 weeks is equally distributed as four 10-week training schedule. For applying to Alpha Institute, international students are required to fulfil following admission requirements:
- The applicant must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent certificate of senior secondary education.
- The student must be at least 18 years of age to start studying.
- The candidate must have a minimum test score of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (other English proficiency test scores are also acceptable).
Along with above-mentioned requirements, the applicants must check specific entry requirements as per the course they are applying for.

For admission purpose, Alpha Institute accept IELTS scores of 6.0 (or equivalent). Other test scores such as PTE and Duolingo are also acceptable by the institute. The test result of these exams should not be more than two years old. Therefore, international students must check the eligibility of their English proficiency test result. In case the test result is older than two years, the applicants need to take the English proficiency exams again to submit the valid scores.
