Hi,
Decide what you want to do with your career, you can then choose your course of study accordingly. If you don't have work experience, I will advise you gain some, explore your interests and opportunities. You may think of another MBA, a certification, Ph.D etc.

Germany Universities are the best option for higher studies because fee in German Universities is nominal. You can also evaluate Singapore or Malaysia for higher education because the cost of education is cheaper in comparison to USA, UK, Australia or Canada.

If you pursue MBBS from abroad, then the approximate cost would be Rs.25 lakhs to Rs.30 lakhs. But, after completing this course in abroad, you would require to pass the Indian government exam to practice in India.
